• No Guarantee of Results: iBlur facilitates blur requests but does not guarantee that Google or Apple will approve your request
• Manual Process for Google: Google Street View requests require manual submission by you following our provided instructions
• Third-Party Decisions: Final decisions on blur requests are made solely by Google and Apple, not by iBlur
• Processing Time: Response times vary by service (Google: 2-5 business days, Apple: 24-48 hours typically)
• Service Availability: The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues

5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use iBlur to:

• Submit requests for properties you do not own or have no legitimate interest in
• Harass or intimidate others by requesting blurs of their properties
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to submit multiple requests
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The iBlur website, including its design, code, and content, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iBlur and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
